lunch in petaluma

mr mouther Mar 9, 2008 10:37 PM

i've searched the boards for a bit and found some posts that mention dinner spots (graffiti, sugo, etc.) and i looked at those menus and they seem a but higher end than what i'm looking for.

I really just want a decent lunch spot with good hearty sandwiches, and if there is something else better out tehre where we dont have to pay over 10 clams for lunch, even better.

much thx.

(i would have gone to della fattoria but they are closed on mondays, which is when im going)

Dempsey's is pretty good. It's a little tricky to find, it's tucked away in the back of a shopping center.

I recommend Dempsey's as well. They do have a number of tables on an outdoor patio that are quite pleasant on a nice day.

Water Street Bistro is a good lunch spot in Petaluma. Excellent and interesting sandwiches and salads within your price range, and there's either indoor or outdoor seating.

I second Water Street Bistro. It's so good I make it a point to take visitors there.
