Denver Birthday Lunch

Hey all!

Taking my beau out to a Birthday lunch in Denver this Wed. Looking for a nice place, nearby the Denver Mint if possible. We would probably get there around 2:30, so something open at that time and we are pretty much open to any type of cuisine.

    What about Panzano? I think that they are open that late.

      Having a hard time finding places open @ that time...thinking maybe Via Italian Trattoria & Bar?

        What about Kevin Taylor's restaurant at the Denver Art Museum: Palettes? They appear to serve from 11 to 5. We have really enjoyed their three course prix fixe menu. Here's the link: http://www.coloradoeats.com/palettes/...
