Best beef tendon is Seattle?

Hi all - we've just discovered that our 2-yr old loves the beef tendon at Sezchuan Noodle and were wondering where we could go for good beef tendon dishes that aren't spicy or too greasy. Thanks!

The only places that I've seen tendon on the menu are the Pho joints.

Jack's Tapas cafe has a tendon appetizer that is very good. I've also had tendon on the dim sum menu at Ho Ho Seafood in the I-district.

Mike's Noodle house in the I.D. (congee place) has beef tendon also. Get some fish congee and wilted lettuce w/ oyster sauce while you;re there...
