Hey you guys! I'm looking for a mexican spot to hit up for a quick lunchtime fix. I'd be down for some hard shell tacos or enchiladas... any recs?

Sierra's isn't bad. It's on Canoga, west side of the street, and I think the cross street is Vanowen. A lot of people like a new upscale Mexican place in the Topanga mall, but not sure how fast it is if you have to find parking and go into the mall. I think it's called Amaranta, or something like that.

Go to El Tapatio. It's in the strip mall at the southwest corner of Victory and Fallbrook. I recommend getting your talk "combinado" with two types of meat, the carne asada and the pastor (steak and seasoned pork.) Goes great with their beans... my mouth is watering just thinking about it.

Carrillo's on Sherman Way near Corbin - - this is a little furher east than your query, but truly, this place can't be beat. Homemade everything.
