Trying to choose between some italian places in EV

Should I go to lil Frankies, Supper, Caffe pepe Rosso, or Franks-these are all around the price I want to spend

I haven't been to Caffe pepe Rosso. The other three are all good. Beware of the specials though... they tend to be much more expensive. Supper's probably the biggest of the three, so your wait might be more tolerable.

Another decent option is Cacio e Pepe, though that may be a tiny bit more expensive. There's also Perbacco over on... maybe 4th(?) between A and B.

Don't waste your time with Caffe Pepe Rosso in Grand Central. The food is basically bad and some dishes are inedible because of over salting. And forget complaining about the salt because the manager could care less about repeat business. Bad food, rude service.
