Need Awesome Chili Recipe
So I did a search here on CH and didn't really find anything. Maybe I'm a tard, so forgive me if you have read the chili recipe quest a million times. I am going to a chili cook out on Saturday and need an awesome recipe. To be honest, I don't eat chili and have never made it, but want to give it a shot. Something somewhat simple though. Also, I am open to using ground turkey. Thanks!

"Awesome" chili and ground turkey are mutually exclusive in my opinion. This recipe does contain beans, though. Check it out.

re: grampart
Both the chile pepper and the turkey are native to Mexico(&and of course the 'Merican southwest) Mexican Spanish still uses the old Aztec word for turkey, Xatalote(sp?) instead of the modern Spanish pavo. The national dish of Mexico is Xatalote Mole, turkey mole. Me, on the other hand, I don't like turkey in chile either. Gimme pig!

See the recipe in the comments for a prize winning chili and lose the unfortunate reference in your second sentence.
