Hand-Pulled Noodle Place with Vegetarian Options?

Hi. Does anyone know if Super Taste or any of the other Eldridge Street (or East Broadway) hand-pulled noodle shops offer vegetarian broth? Or do they use the same beef-based broth for all of their soups?
