Basket Cheese in the City?

I need to get some for my Easter Pie (Pizza Rustica). Does anyone know where i can get some, preferably on the UES, besides Agata and Valentina?

usually in the few weeks before Easter, any Italian store will have it. I live in PA in a heavily Italian populated area, and every grocery store in town has it for Easter.

I know that this is really, really not on the Upper East Side but.... you can buy a whole Pizza Rustica at Mike's Deli in the Arthur Avenue Market in the Bronx.

Not on UES, but I bought some from Fairway. Than again, that was maybe a month or two ago. So I'm not sure if they always have it.

If you cannot find it in your area, you can almost always find it at DiPalo. Does Agata carry this?

Is it possible that basket cheese is drained fresh ricotta? Or are they totally different? When I buy the basket at DiPalo, I eat it for breakfast on toast!
