J.T. Farnham's -- have they opened for the season yet?

I think they usually open sometime around the first week/weekend of March... anyone know the exact date?

          Awesome, thanks for checking. Nice to know my internal clam-clock is calibrated appropriately.

          I'll report back assuming I get there this weekend. Mainly it's the red scallop chowder I've been missing over the winter.

          First time @ Farnhams this season tonight. Sticker shock for eating w plastic forks on paper plates BUT.....the food was better than ever, :)

            Clams are up there in price, especially quality size ones, everywhere. If they're good and you enjoy them, I especially like Farnhams, treat them like a seasonal delicasy. I'll take fresh clams over a lobster anytime.

                They were actually out of clams when we arrived but said they would have them in 5 minutes. Order took longer to receive than ususal. They were just regular sized bellies but ohhh so good.
