blue corn meal...

anyone know where i can buy some??? RTM? DiBruno? Trader Joe?

    ECM, lots of sites online for blue corn meal, but for me a local company is the best - Adobe Milling of Dove Creek, Colorado, sells and ships ATOLE (blue corn meal). And while you are at it, you owe it to yourself to get a pound of the Anasazi and Zuni Gold heritage beans direct from the grower and mill. They are lightyears above those petrified things you will find on the grocery shelves back East. Trust me I've lived there and just about gave up on eating beans during that time. Try them with a bottle of fresh salsa, a small can of tomato paste, some crushed garlic and beef stock.
