Healthy Eating in Reston

Looking for a healthy eatery to cater a health fair. Suggestions greatly appreciated.

    That's a tough one. I work in the Reston Town Center and none of those restaurants are anywhere near healthy. Just looking at the calories in panera bread or cosi sandwiches makes me want to cringe. It's more than your daily limit! Good luck. I will let you know if I come across anything. The closest thing I can think of off the top of my head is Chicken Out. The chicken is healthy and they have a few side dishes that are healthy too. Plus they now have make your own salads. They do catering and often run catering specials. You may also want to look at Whole Foods. I assume they do catering like other grocery stores.

      Not sure if SBC caters.

      I think most of the Thai and Indian places cater as well.
