Food and Wine Pairing Dilemma [moved from Manhattan board]

So, I have a bottle of Charmes Chambertin Domaine & Selection 2005 that I plan on opening this Friday night and I want to pair it with something amazing. Any suggestions?

Obviously, if this is your only bottle of this wine, it's quite young. On the other hand, if you have several bottles (or would buy more if you find this one interesting), then opening it makes more sense. 2005 is shaping up as potentially a landmark vintage so trying a bottle or two early isn't such a bad idea really, if you intend on buying more.

What to pair it with? Epoisses is a must, IMO, this is such a wonderful wine & cheese pairing. Duck, Grilled oilier fish, game birds of all sort, roast pork, turkey, eggs, mushrooms in general, truffle in particular, are all very nice matches.

Oily fish, e.g. mackerel with Chambertin? Eggs? Oh my.

Personally I love Pinot with grilled Tuna steaks or salmon, but if you want to do mackeral, have at it :)

2005? You don't say who the producer is, but Charmes Chambertin is a Grand Cru vineyard. Honestly, I'd put this bottle away for another 7 years at least. It's not ready to drink yet!
