Cafe Hiro (Cypress) - good for 6-8 girls, weekend lunch?

I've never been to Cafe Hiro before, and would love to try it out with some girlfriends. Would it be a good place for 6-8 girls for a weekend lunch?

You'll have to get there early to score that many seats together...but the food is definitely good.

Thanks for your input. I'll see if they take reservations.

If you are in that area and can't get seating at Cafe Hiro, we've had great "gal" parties at Sweetee Thai which is in the same building, but "kitty-corner" to Hiro's. We each pick one dinner, order a communal plate/bowl of rice, and then everyone shares the food and the bill. Their table arrangements accomodate groups easily.

Just to point out, Sweetie Thai is just that, a little sweet. Try California Wok just around the corner for much better Thai, just on the north side of the old course. However Cafe Hiro is wonderful but really small but major yum if you can arrive early and manage it! And they are much less busy at lunch than dinner on weekends!
