Hello from a partly cloudy and somewhat more Spring-like New York City! I am wondering if anyone has a recipe for an Armenian food called "choultik" {spelling?] please? Thanks!

Try this, from "The New Armenian Kitchen" -- click on the first result:

Could you mean "toorshi", pickled vegetables?

Martin - Where have you heard of this dish before and what has you hoping to recreate it now? Spellings can vary a lot so it may be hard to track down, if you could give more information it might help.

Hello from a sunny and cool New York! I once heard of (and had) this dish at an Armenian picnic, which if I remember correctly was in New Jersey, a few years ago---not all Armenian picnics are created equal: some of them have some things that the others don't!
