The walk down to Atlantic for Middle Eastern--Waterfalls, Yemen Cafe--is your best bet. There's also a Nicky's for Vietnamese banh mi just east of Smith on Atlantic. If you're ordering in, I think EmThai down on Smith is the best of the lot for Thai but I don't think they'd deliver all the way up to downtown.
