Intimate lunch spot in Financial District?

I am going to lunch in the Financial District with a friend I haven't seen for a while. I find many of the tables in the restaurants in the area are quite open and cramped at lunch.

Can anyone suggest a nice restaurant that is a little more intimate than others? I'm currently thinking of the freight elevator table at Bravi. A few tables at Canoe were also suggested.
