Will be in Easton two nights this week, then heading to Philly before returning to Pgh.

Looking for the following:
1. Top notch microbrewery, preferably with good grub in Easton. We'll have a car, but we really don't want to go more than 10-15 minutes from downtown.
2. A good coffeehouse recommendation south of Easton (on/near Rte 611, - like maybe in New Hope area?)
3. The one thing to eat that defines Easton and where to get it prepared best

Thanks.

I can help with #1. Which Brew has a great selection of craft and import beer as well as tasty pub grub. Weyerbacher is the only brewery in Easton. They don't have a brewpub, but offer tours on Saturday from 12-3PM with all the free samples you want.

Porters Pub (7th and Northampton ) also has a good selection of craft beers and imports, and in my view, better food than whichbrew. Whichbrew however usually has more Weyerbacher selections available.
