Does anyone know what happened to Caribou Coffee in Herndon?

I had just discovered this drive thru gem on Elden Street, and it is now closed!! Does anyone know why? I like their coffee so much better than Starbucks - much hotter and stronger! I know there is one in Dulles Town Center, but this was just a few minutes from my house! Bummer!

I'm guessing the same thing that happened to the one at Aspen Hill in Silver Spring.

I just saw that the Olney location was closed as well. I don't see anything online about going out of business but it does seem like they are gone in this area.

The Caribou in South Riding Market Square is gone too. The one in Brambleton a few miles away was still there of Saturday night.

It would be a shame if they fled the area. But, the one at South Riding was never really mobbed like some Starbucks are.
