Need A Spanish Caterer for Wedding

Does anyone know of a good caterer in Los Angeles that will do traditional Spanish (not Mexican) food for a wedding reception? Thanks!

I attended a party a few years ago that was catered by Spain Restaurant (I think they are in Eagle Rock). The paella was very good.

Disagree about the paella from Spain Restaurant being good. I've tried it (and disliked it) on 3 separate occasions.

There was a woman at the Hollywood Farmers Market who did a lot of catering. I actually think she was South American, so this maybe not be what you want, but she did a terrific paella for parites. She's no longer at the market but last time I checked, she was still catering. I think her business is called Mama's Spanish Sauces.
