Are you sure they aren't cornish game hens?
Anyhow, I would treat them like cornish hens, which are good stuffed with wild rice and roasted.
I think they'd be poussins, or baby chickens. In any case, I'm sure you can roast them just as you would a bigger chicken _ or a game hen.
Cut them up and fry them. I read this Nigel Slater recipe recently. Google his name and you will find it.
Fry then with smashed whole garlic cloves ...all in one pan
