Good Eats Buford, GA?

There are going to be 12 of us in the Buford area in a couple of weeks. Ages range from 1-85.
5 of us will be staying in the Wingate opposite Mall of GA. We've been dragged off to that awful Ted Turner buffalo place, very ordinary food and horrible service. Don't want to do that again. Suggestions? Good ethnic might be nice.

  1. Noodle Mi near the mall is good if you are looking for vietnamese/thai. Fajitas, which is in the same shopping center/building as Ted's and is pretty good mexican. Its right across the parking lot from Chuck E. Cheese. Can be easy to miss if you are not looking for it. My favorite in the Buford area is Aqua Terra Bistro in historic downtown Buford, about 15 - 20 minute drive from the mall. A weekend evening maybe tough to get 12 in without a huge wait. I don't believe they take reservations. There is a link to their two other Restaurants on their web page, 37 Main and Third Coast Grill. Went to 37 a while back and enjoyed it. I've never been to Third Coast but hear good things about it.

Thank you, i was trying to remember Aqua Terra. I had a terrific tuna crusted with wasabi a few years ago. Loved it. Luckily we'll be gathering there 3/17 and heading home on Thurs. so we'll miss the weekend.

Went to Noodle Mi last night. It was excellent. Thanks for the tip.
