I don't think any of those are "best of anything"...

Rim...What about price range, location, cuisine, eaters?

My votes for the best places in Pittsburgh are Fuel & Fuddle, Union Grille, Primanti's, and New Dumpling House.

Fuel & Fuddle is good, even better when you're drunk and it's half off, but I really don't think I'd offer it up as the best we have to offer . . .

Dumpling house has gone downhill. Last two times I was there the food was oversauced and cold. Everything was either way too sweet and sticky or so salty as to render it inedible. The only decent thing there is sashimi. I guess its a different staff of cooks for the sushi so they aren't the inconsistent screwups at Dumpling house.

This thread has been quite active lately and should answer your question.
