Where can I get preserved lemons? Wegman's & Williams-Sonoma didn't have it. Any where in Philadelphia or within a 1/2 hour drive would work for me.

You probably need them immediately, but they're simple as anything to make yourself. Just wash some lemons, slit them, and pack them in salt. You'll have preserved lemons in a few weeks.
