SEA: Restaurant fun for kids??

My nephew and his wife are coming up next Friday night with their two boys, age 2 and 4. We would like to take them out for dinner somewhere but I need some ideas as to what the kids might find fun (not boring). They want to do the Pike Place Market (of course) so we will be there at some point Friday afternoon/evening or Saturday day and I know the waterfront is close by also. It would be Friday dinner or Saturday lunch. Also we live in the Renton area so ideas for Renton, Issaquah or Bellevue would be great. It doesn't need to be fancy, just fun and not a chain (like Red Robin) as they have probably been to it.
We don't have kids ourselves so I am relying on you ChowHounds to help!
Thanks in advance!
I have 3 and 6 year old kids, so here are my standards:
for seafood - Ray' supstairs cafe - good food, and more family friendly than the upscale restaurant downstairs. Great view, and it is near the locks and fish ladder. Fun outing for the kids before dinner. food worthy of tourists seeking seattle's fresh catch.
Chow Foods (http://www.chowfoods.com ) has 5 or 6 seattle restaurants, each with a different theme, and they are extremely family friendly. Good food, cocktails, and really fun decorations.
Maggie Bluffs is in the marina (below palisades). Burgers, fish and chips, etc. Food is OK, but they are great with kids and it is a fun location.
depending on where they are from and what your kids will eat, international district (chinatown) has a lot of great, inexpensive reatuarants that are fun for kids.
Good luck, and let me know if you need more specifics.
