Solomon's Buffalo Meat

Any ideas where Solomon's Buffalo Meat is available in NJ?

Thanks.

Many NJ Shop Rite stores have rented space to a kosher vendor called "Kosher Experience" (I think). The Neptune store had a sign advertising buffalo steaks pretty recently. There's a Kosher Exp section at the Princeton store on Route 1, too, tho I don't recall seeing any signs for buffalo. It might be worth a call to see who their supplier is

You might check a nearby kosher meat market - not sure where you ar ein NJ but there are quite a few in the teaneck and highland park area -

FYI... there is s bison ranch near Flemington NJ. They have a store and mail order. I haven't been out there yet, but eager to try it.

I seriously doubt that the bison meat at the Readington River Buffalo Company is kosher, as is Solomon's. My recommendation to the OP is to search the web and phone a few places in NYC. Solomon's meat is hard to find under any circumstances.
