Sunday Lunch (Business) on Front St.

SOS: I have clients coming from overseas on Sunday... Boo.

Given that many restaurants are closed on Sundays (especially for lunch), I was wondering whether anyone can suggest a decent restaurant around the Front & University area.

I appreciate any help in advance.

PS. If anyone has an opinion about Azure Restaurant @ Intercontinental AND/OR Epic Restaurant @ the Fairmont, I would love to know what you think.

Il Fornello on Queens Quay is just a short walk south from Front & University. They serve Sunday brunch (a buffet but tasty) and there is a fabulous view of the lake and waterfront that your overseas guests might appreciate. And don't worry, it's supposed to be warmer and sunny by Sunday

A bit late but thank you for the recs. I ended up being forced to eat at Epic at Royal York Hotel, it was good for a business occasion. On the other hand, I had steak frites - it was edible but not enjoyable... burned a bit on the edges a bit too much. My client had fish and said it was lovely... but anyway I'm just gonna stick to Benihana when I go to fairmont.

Jamie Kennedy does lunch on Sundays. Two courses for $20 bucks IIRC. No reservations, tho. Sundays that hour most places do brunch. I don't think your clients would be impressed by lining up at the Hot House Cafe for the buffet.
