Hello, I was hoping to get some help for a special dinner in Vegas. One is a vegetarian and the other a meat eater..and I was wondering if anyone can reccommend a restaurant where one can do a vegetarian tasting menu & the other a regular tasting menu?
Here are some I'm considering:
Michael Mina,
Guy Savoy,
Alex,
Tableau,
Charlie Trotters,
Alize
Also looking for a great atmosphere, any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Does the vegetarian eat dairy or seafood or is the person a vegan? Most of the restaurants have their menus on line. You may want to call the restaurants and ask if they can do a vegetarian tasting menu. Several of the choices have vegetarian dishes on their menu. Alize, the last time I checked, did not do a tasting menu.

Ihave eaten at Alize and Guy Savoy. Alize did not have a tasting menu, so I talked to my server and we basically set up a "personal" menu. It was fantastic! The Sommelier even chose wines for each of my 5 courses. The view at Alize is amazing, by the way.

My meal at Guy Savoy was Fantastic! They were very accommodating and I am sure they would meet the requests of your vegetarian diner.

I called about 2days ago and Charlie Trotters was not open yet and not taking reservations. Have you heard differently?
