Michael's Genuine in NYTimes
Front page of the Dining Out section of todays New York Times, an article by Frank Bruni about the country's top ten new places. Michael's is on the list, but only 2 of the 10 restaurants were described in detail today as it is a 4 part story.
I've been drooling for the past month reading all of the posts about the food at Michael's, patiently waiting for our trip to Miami and our reservation in a couple of weeks! I'm looking forward to reading Bruni's take on it as well.

Good for them. We ate there last week and I loved it. We sat at the kitchen bar and had a wonderful time. We stuck with the Small, Medium and Snacks this time and I cannot wait to go back and try more dishes. It all looked so good going out of the kitchen.

We were there last week for dinner as well, and the food just seems to get better and better with each visit.

So far he's blown by Michel Richard and Guy Savoy. That's incredible in itself!
