Hole in the wall/old man bar in OSJ?

a real place with comida criolla casera...mofongo and all that...

and a real bar...not a dressed up thing, but not of the "kidney theiving" variety either...

    Cafe Manolin on San Justo Street for some criollo food...

    El Batey on Calle Cristo...for the dive bar...with an awsome juke-box full of classics...

      sorry i don't have any suggestions, but i had to tell you your title gave me a good laugh as i haven't heard the expression "old man bar" in a while. it was a favorite of a former co-worker & it's just the perfect phrase!
