I got a medium-rare burger in a restaurant
The Carlyle in Shirlington served me a very nice grilled, med-rare burger. I asked for it as rare as the chef would make it and it was definitely on the rare side.
Juicy and delicious.
I didn't care for the mustard on it (although it was described thusly on the menu...I can't complain).
9 bucks with lots of nice shoestring fries.
