I got a medium-rare burger in a restaurant

The Carlyle in Shirlington served me a very nice grilled, med-rare burger. I asked for it as rare as the chef would make it and it was definitely on the rare side.

Juicy and delicious.

I didn't care for the mustard on it (although it was described thusly on the menu...I can't complain).

9 bucks with lots of nice shoestring fries.

Try Urban Burger sometime. They will cook the burger the way you ask for it. My son always wants it rare and that is how it comes.
