Where to buy good arrachera (carne asada) in Houston

I moved to the Houston area in July. I have been to quite a few carniceria's and all I find is fajita meat which is not really the same, it seem to have a lot more fat and is much tougher. Does anyone now of any places that sell arrachera the way it is sold in California.

I haven't really search for arranchera but you might try a market out in Pasadena called Mi Tienda (1630 Spencer Hwy). They have a better meat market in the back and everything looks fresh. Let us know what you think.
