SD restaurants hungry for business?
Did anyone see this interesting article in the UT on Friday: http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/bu...
It says that restaurant business in SD (and the rest of the country) is way down and likely on the basis of the economy. I have to admit I cringe at the prices in SD relative to the rest of the country but that's where I seem to get the best service. I'll have to try some of these special nights where you can get some of these lovely meals for such a reasonable price. Business may be down at the higher-end places, but I'm not seeing that at the more moderate priced places that are still good. But I am not a restaurant owner, so what the heck do I know?
