        <content>i was told that there isnt that much difference fat wise between whole and 1% milk. does anyone know the reality??</content>

      <content>I'm not in front of a milk jug, but I seem to remember 1% having about 2.5 grams of fat per cup and whole milk having 8 grams of fat per cup.  At least at Braums Dairy.</content>
