orlando five star recommendations

My favorite restaurant in town is Luma, followed by Manuel's on the 28th - it's downtown at the top of the Suntrust Building. The food and service are both excellent.

Mobil's only 4 star restaurant in Orlando is Victoria & Albert's at Disney's Grand Floridian. The best is the fixed price 6 course menu and try to get the chef's table! Amazing!

Agreed with horvath42, except for Luma. Been there a few times and was very disappointed. Food is good, but not blow you away good for the money you spend. You pay for the atmosphere more than the food, IMHO. Unless they've recently gotten a new chef. Cristini's is 5star, i think. Haven't been in a while, but it was fantastic last time I Was there.

Here are a few recommendations for you.
1. Primo @ JW Marriott
2. Bice@Portofino Bay Hotel
3. Normans @ Ritz Carlton
4. Luma in Winter park
5. Vito's Chop House
6. Texas De Brazil

In my opinion these places serve the highest quality food in Orlando.

The only one of those I've been to is Texas de Brazil (all you can eat Brazilian rodizio), but it is outstanding. If you're looking for high-end places only, also recommend Del Frisco's, an excellent steakhouse in Winter Park, just off I-4 on Lee Road.

Of that list, which ot me is accurate except for Vito's and Bice, I'd choose Primo and Norman's, followed by Luma, which also has great food but is more casual.
