Just noticed a sign for it, checked out its website, can't find anything else about it...anyone know anything? (I did a kind of close reading of its menu as well giving a little info on the upcoming Urban Pantry: http://denveater.typepad.com/

Btwn. those places & that PBC (Pajama Baking Co.?) on So. Pearl, things are happening around here!
