newport beach/laguna brunch

staying in newport beach and looking for a nice brunch for sunday. any suggestions?

    Didn't know if you had any sort of prefs (price, cuisine, view, etc). I did a Sunday at Coyote Grill off PCH in Laguna and liked it.

    Over in Crystal Cove there's always a line, but the pastry selection is worth it for some grub at Pacific Whey Cafe. Also off PCH.

    My personal favorite is in Costa Mesa called Plums. Pacific Northwest at its finest. Pan fried trout and the Dutch baby.

      There's also Taco Rosa in Newport Coast. They do a great brunch. It's off of Bonita Canyon and Prairie in the Pavillion's shopping center right next store to another branch of the Pacific Whey Cafe mentioned above.

        Thank you for the reminder. That was some excellent brunch for the $ - what, like $15 I believe?

          $13.95 and that includes bottomless champagne.

          The buffet is actually good and the egg station (omlettes, burritos etc.) is awesome.

          We had a bday brunch celebratioin there a couple of weeks ago, stayed almost 3 hours and they were happy to have us. Highly recommend.
