Need help choosing restaurant - SoBE/MIA
I have to choose from the following restaurants for a corporate trip in late March. I will be accompanied by my girlfriend and probably a group of 20-30. My preference is Steak/Seafood places with decent wine list; cool atmosphere, well-dressed crowd, price is not an issue. It will be a Friday night, here are the choices:
Oriente
Quinns
La Marea
Fish Called Avalon
Larios
Rendevous on the Beach
Hosteria Romana

Larios is always a good standby. Not the best cuban you'll find, but a fun place for a group. Avoid Hosteria Romana-tacky and tasteless italian food. (in my opinion) A Fish called Avalon would be my choice. They seafood is always fresh, the service is impeccable, the wine list is great, and I've never been disappointed. I would defiinitely make reservations ASAP though. Friday nights in SOBE are BUSY!!!!
