Solstice Cafe, Bingen WA

On the recs of a couple of Chowhounds, we tried Solstice while on a power wine tasting day in the Columbia Gorge.

Noisy and fun. Some of the best crust you’ll ever experience on a pizza ( the special pizza oven might have a little to do with it - the full name is Solstice Wood Fire Cafe). The blue cheese, caramelized onion and pear pizza was even better than it sounds.

Our wine tasting notes are on the Wine Board.

  1. Feh. I went there on my birthday last August. It was uncomfortable and expensive. I used to serve better food in Stevenson.
