Where to eat...Good quality meat

Hello, My name is whimzerd and I'm a recovering vegetarian. HAHAHA

I'm just getting back into eat animals again and there are so many tasty options but I don't want to support factory farms and animal abuse. Where are some places that have good quality meat i.e. grass fed beef, high quality seafood, small ranched goat, etc. I'd like to know of both the upscale and moderately priced.
