Recs for affordable spanish bday dinner?

My friend is celebrate her 34th, any recommedations for spanish food with good atmosphere at $25 a meal?

      La Nacional. The room is sort of bare bones, but it is crowded/festive especially on weekend nights, and when full the room is cozy.
