Are you looking for something like what chef Ani Phyo features? http://aniphyo.com/ I assume you want something beyond a salad.

I'm not a raw-foodie, so this is based on speculation.

Eden Alley is probably a good place to start -- one of the oldest veg-friendly restaurants in KC, located on the Plaza.

Another newer option might be Fud (also known as Bad Seed), which is in the Crossroads district. This is the website that I could find:

Kansas City now has a really active raw community. There are three meetup groups that offer a variety of happenings. There are hundreds of members and growing fast. The restaurant "FüD" is no longer open in the Bad Seed Farmer's Market but the chef offers alternative locations on her own meetup site as well. The original meetup is here: http://rawfood.meetup.com/197/
You can find the other groups there as well.
        Hope that helps!
