Where to buy good merguez sausage?

Anybody have a good source of fresh-made merguez? I haven't been too impressed with the frozen choices. I usually make my own but I'm lazy lately. Thanks in advance.

Wholesome Choice in Irvine. Whole Foods in Tustin.

I just bought some merguez from Whole Foods in Westwood this week and it was not great. I assume they have some regional supplier who supplies all their stores? if not, maybe the Tustin version is better.

G&K Kosher Market at 9126 Pico Blvd. The butcher, Herschel, makes a fantastic merguez!!! He also has a little deli attached to the butcher shop. Sample some of his other stuff. He smokes his own salmon which is sublime and he makes a good beef jerky. Tell him David Jr. sent you.
