Anyone recommend cake decorating classes?

Looking for moderate to advanced cake decorating classes in the area, or even a bit outside the Bay Area.

Spun sugar has a few fondant and gum paste classes. I didn't see much listed at Ramekins.

Anything else?

I loved the American Cake Decorating II (Intermediate/Advanced) at Spun Sugar. It was a great series. I'm sure you'll like the fondant and gum paste classes, to give you a new edge. They also have some specific classes, like making wedding cakes.

I'd be in for American Cake Decorating level III if we get Linda to create one... We'd need a cohort of people who are interested.
