Best Lobster cantonese in chinatown

Where is your favorite lobster cantonese in Chinatown. You know there really are 2 sauces that are considered 'Lobster Cantonese'. One is brownish made with blackbeans egg and ground pork yum. My favorite is why shrimp in lobster sauce is called 'Lobster Sauce' It is made with white sauce made with eggs egg whites and ground pork . My favorite but I like both. Which restarant has the best in Chinatown ehh?

The latter version at Peach Farm is pretty great.

Do most people like the Lobster Cantonese at the Peach Farm. I like that rendition allot and want to go to Chinatown this week ( in from Los Angeles ) Heard the New Golden Gate is good as well. What say you hounds from Boston?

Had the twin lobster special at new golden gate at the end of september with black bean sauce very tasty $21 out the door.. Wow..

Had the twin lobster ginger scallion style on Mon. Friends visiting from San Diego couldn't get enuf and was licking their fingers. Twins are $15.95 right now.
