Elementary School Chorizo Tacos

Does anyone know a similar recipe or where I could get one for those baked tortilla chorizo tacos that LAUSD used to serve?

    According to LAUSD's online menu, they are currently serving an "egg and chorizo taco." You should call their Food Services Dept. at (213) 241-2985. Maybe they can answer your questions. Good Luck!!
