West Side: Chinese with faux (vege) meats?
Anyone have a rec for a Chinese restaurant (or other Asian, but mostly craving Chinese) which has a good selection of faux meats on the west side?
In NJ we used to go to this fabulous place that had delicious spare ribs, Peking duck, hot & sour soup with "pork" etc.. all made out of TVP (textured vegetable protein)... it was soooooo good!
I realize it might not sound too tasty to a meat-eater but it really is surprisingly tasty when prepared well!
