Did the chef at Balboa Steakhouse leave?
Not a chance. The food hear is fabulous. I ate in the bar because it was crowded 1/13 and had a steak with the reduced worcestershire sauce. Was better than Pacific Dining car. I also was eyeing the fresh pineapple slices soaking in liquor sitting on the bar and the hostess gave me a free one (they toss 'em out at the end of the night).
