Best Burger in Richmond

NXS Feb 19, 2008 04:48 AM

Your advice please on the best Burger in Richmond. I would prefer this to be confined in the area from the Fan - West as far as Goochland.

Thank you in advance for your comments.

Can-Can, Strawberry Street Cafe and Capital Ale house all have good burgers IMO. Can-Can makes their own buns, which is a plus.

I agree with Can Can and Cap Ale. If your style is more fast food, Carytown Burgers and Fries!

        third capital ale house.

shackleford's also has a decent burger. on tuesday's they are half price which is INSANELY inexpensive. i doubt it's the best in town but it's a good deal.
has anyone tried the new diner place out in goochland? fast eddie's or something - where grandpa eddie's (confusing, i know) used to be? looks cute and is supposed to do burgers. and a soda fountain. i am in need of a classic ice cream parlor in this town. a good chocolate soda mmmm........................

Midlothian Apothecary (Midlo Tpke) and Westwood Pharmacy on Patterson both have "soda fountains" and a lunch counter. I've never tried a chocolate soda from either place, but would assume they make them.
