Fine dining and dancing in Vancouver?

We are in Seattle and our 50th wedding anniversary is coming up. Seattle used to have a lot of places with decent (read: 50s) dance music and restaurant dance floors, but that is long gone. It's not the type of music so much as the terrible volume. Once things get above 100 decibels we are out of there

What is the situation in Vancouver? I was thinking of an old hotel dining room or some such. It may be a complicating factor that our anniversary is 3/22 in the middle of Easter weekend.

Federico's on Commercial Drive comes to mind. I have never gone, so I cannot vouch for the loudness level. http://www.federicossupperclub.com/
