I have heard of "Diet" prepared and delivered food services, and am wondering if there are similar programs of decent healthy meals for those who work very long hours, eat out a lot, and don't have time to cook.

Rose Reisman has one 'coming soon' (according to her website rosereisman.com); they mentioned it in an article in the Star a week ago.

I've used Diet Delivery, by the Specialty Gourmet. I don't recommend it for long periods of time, as it can get a little repetetive, but it is great for healthy meals when you know you're going to be busy for a long stretch of time (or to jump start a diet, but it doesn't seem like that's what you're after.)

There was a thread on this recently. Lots of caterers offer this service. Someone posted the site below which seems like a good starting point:

Today's Menu (www.todaysmenu.ca) offers both frozen and freshly prepared food and they're very clear on the website about what can and can't be frozen and the serving sizes.
